Where to Ask for Solano Custody or Case Records

Start with the office that controls the record you need. The Sheriff-Coroner handles current jail custody and booking records, the Superior Court handles filed criminal case records, and the District Attorney handles formal charging questions after law-enforcement referral.

  • Records response time: the bureau states it has ten days to respond to requests, including Booking Photo and Booking Summary requests.
